If purchasing ammunition, you understand, acknowledge, and attest to the following:

1. You MUST be a US CITIZEN.
2. You MUST be 21 years old to order handgun ammunition and MUST be 18 years old to order rifle ammunition from Legion Firearms.
3. You must have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
4. You have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution.
5. You never have been a fugitive from justice nor an unlawful user of any controlled substance.
6. You have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
7. You have never renounced your US citizenship.
8. You have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
9. You have never been subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening any individual, whether adult or child.
10. You understand ammunition by its very nature is inherently dangerous and you accept full liability regarding its use as well as full responsibility for the safe use and storage of any ammunition you purchase and/or possess.
11. Ammunition contains lead.  Exposure to lead may result in health problems. Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, and cleaning of firearms, may result in exposure to lead. Use sufficient ventilation when firing and wash your hands thoroughly after handling.
12. You are not prohibited from purchasing the ordered ammunition by any local, state, or federal laws regarding your criminal background, drug use, domestic violence protective orders, or other prohibitions
13. All ammo sales are final.  We do not accept any returns on ammunition.
14. Legion Firearms reserves the right to refuse any order, ammunition or otherwise.

 If purchasing firearms, you understand, acknowledge, and attest to the following:

1. You acknowledge, agree to, and accept all of the above conditions for purchasing ammunition and…
2. You MUST be 21 years old to purchase handguns or receivers.                          You MUST be 18 years old to purchase a long gun (rifle, shotgun).
3. Firearms are ONLY sent to current Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers. If you are the end user and you are having your firearm shipped to a dealer for transfer, we must have your dealers FFL license on file and you must have their permission to have your firearm shipped to them for transfer prior to placing your order with us.  Federal background checks are required before the FFL dealer can transfer the firearm to you. ALL dealers will charge you a fee for transferring a firearm and you should contact the dealer to ask the amount of that fee prior to placing your order with us.
4. Legion Firearms must have a current copy of the dealer’s signed FFL BEFORE you can place your order with us.
5. You understand firearms by their very nature are inherently dangerous and you accept full liability for product failure or misuse.  You also accept full responsibility and liability for the safe use and storage of any firearms you purchase and/or possess.
6. All orders placed without, or prior to, a signed copy of the FFL on file may be canceled without notice.
7. Legion Firearms reserves the right to refuse any order, firearm or otherwise.
8. Legion Firearms strongly recommends having all firearms, especially used firearms, checked by a qualified gunsmith before firing.
9. You, the customer, are responsible for contacting your selected FFL prior to placing your order to verify the following  1) if they will accept the transfer for ALL items on your order,  2) what is their current address and does it match what is shown in their listing on our site for your order,  3) are they still in business,  4) what fees will they charge you for conducting the transfer.  Legion Firearms will not be responsible for any issues that arise from the customer's failure to follow these steps.
10. All firearms are shipped adult (21 and older) signature required. If no adult is available to sign for the package or it is refused, it will be returned to us and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Order may be shipped from multiple locations. Some items may be shipped to the FFL or to the customer address. We only charge customers a single $15.00 flat rate for shipping per order, not per package.
2. All rifle, shotgun, and ammunition orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (no PO Box addresses please).
3. Handgun orders will either ship UPS Air, FedEx Express (Air) or USPS Priority mail.
4. Accessory and merchandise orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or any method offered by the USPS.
5. In accordance with federal regulations, firearms and ammunition orders cannot be shipped in the same package.
6. A signature by an adult of 21-years or older may be required for non-firearm orders (accessories, optics, magazines, etc.) over $400.00 dollars (threshold may vary). No additional charge for the signature service will be charged to the customer. This is a measure to reduce retail fraud. Likewise, multiple accessory orders to the same purchaser or address designed to avoid such requirement (a form of “structuring”) may result in delays or cancellations.
7. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. High volume periods may increase this schedule.  You will receive an email with tracking info once your item has shipped.  We ship within the United States only.  No items will be exported.
8. Firearms will only ship to an FFL dealer. If you do not have an FFL, then you must designate one in your local area to complete the transfer to you.
9. Shipping charges are never refunded.  If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the order to you unless we shipped the incorrect item to you. This includes items returned due to a change in federal, state, or local regulations which may be enacted after the order is placed but prior to delivery to the customer.
10. If we have to send a return shipping label to get an item back from the FFL for any reason (you not passing background check, FFL refusing to do the transfer, you changed your mind, etc.), we will deduct the return shipping charges from your refund.
11. Without exception, we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
12. Please inspect your order as soon as it is received.  If something is missing from your order, this will need to be reported within 5-days of the order being delivered.  Please call or email us with your name, order # and indicate what is missing. We will not be able to assist you with missing items that are not reported within the 5-day period following delivery.
13. Legion Firearms will not be responsible for packages returned to us due to refused delivery and you will be liable for additional shipping charges to re-ship any packages.
14. We only ship firearms to the address on the FFL license. Firearms shipments cannot be held at the hub, shipped to alternate locations, or rerouted. They must be delivered to the shipping address and signed for by an adult.
15. You as the customer are responsible for the billing and shipping information being entered correctly on your order. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly on an order, Legion Firearms is not responsible if that order is not delivered to the address correctly.

Restricted Items:

Firearms can only be shipped to licensed dealers in your state of residence.

No sales of ANY items to Puerto Rico, Washington D.C., or Chicago.

California Customer Prerequisite:
You MUST contact your dealer PRIOR to placing an order to ensure the legality of the firearm you are wanting to purchase. Any returned firearms will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Age Requirements:

Federal law requires that you be 21+ Years of Age to purchase a stripped lower receiver or any firearm frame. Customers aged 18-20 are welcome to purchase any complete long guns (rifles or shotguns).

As of October 1, 2018 customers from Vermont ordering any firearm will need to be 21+ Years of Age.

Orders returned or cancelled due to customers not meeting age requirements for purchase will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Magazines

No sales of magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds to CA, CT, IL (Cook County), MA, MD, NY, VT and HI (Handguns Only). No sales of magazines with a capacity greater than 15 rounds to NJ & CO.

Orders shipping to CA, CO, CT, HI, IL (Cook County), MA, MD, NJ, NY, VT containing prohibited magazines will be canceled and charged a 15% restocking fee.

Ammunition

California: Legion Firearms does not ship or sell ammunition to customers residing in the state of California.

New York: Due to the provisions of the NY SAFE Act, orders containing ammunition must ship to a Valid FFL dealer.
