Jennings J-22

The Jennings J-22 by Calwest is a .22 Long Rifle caliber pistol with a slide and frame made from aluminum alloy. This pistol includes a single 6-round magazine and comes with walnut grips which are in excellent condition.

This is a nice example of the infamous Jennings J-22. Although reasonably accurate thanks to the fixed barrel, some would argue that the J-22 has demonstrated questionable reliability while others have found it very reliable. While functional, this pistol may best be considered a quirky buy or somewhat of a collectors piece. After all, doesn’t every collection need a Saturday night special? The barrel is in good condition and the overall wear on the pistol is modest.

It is recommended by the original manufacturer that the pistol should be carried with an empty chamber due to risk of discharge if dropped.
