Local Arizona customers can call to place an order for local pickup at no charge.
Absolutely! We understand that savvy Arizona customers may find a better online deal or a unique firearm at somewhere other than us. Although we try our best to beat the competition, depending on special sales, various distributors and so forth, better deals may be found elsewhere from time to time. We don’t take it personally!
Standard FFL transfer: $10.00 (that’s about as low as it gets)
Law enforcement officers and first responders: FREE (credentials required)
Private party transfer (involving two separate private individuals): $20.00
No bad compared to some places that charge up to $30 dollars for a standard transfer and maybe half that for LEOs!
We accept the following forms of payment online:
All NFA rules apply. Payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and to be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or use of a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality where the customer resides. See terms and conditions for full details and requirements.
Visitors to the Legion Firearms website attest that they are at least 18 years of age. By placing an order at LegionFirearmsAZ.com, you are attesting that you are of legal age to purchase each of the items listed on your order in your locality. This includes, but is not limited to, attesting that you are at least 21 years of age when purchasing a handgun, a lower receiver, or handgun ammunition and that you are at least 18 years of age when you are purchasing a long gun or long gun ammunition. See Terms and Conditions for details and requirements.
Legion Firearms operates in strict compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, and related accessories.
The customer is responsible for knowing the state laws regarding firearm transfers in their locality. All firearms must be shipped to a licensed and verified Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. When ordering a firearm (including stripped receivers), you will be prompted to select an FFL dealer in your local area through our Dealer Finder. If we do not have a copy of their FFL license on file (as indicated on the Dealer Locator), the dealer will have to send a signed copy to us at Sales@LegionFirearmsAZ.com
Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to confirm their transfer procedure, transfer fee and that they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive. Additional charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
You must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the state to which you are ordering if you order a handgun, completed or stripped AR or AK receiver, or a stockless shotgun. Additional age restrictions in your state/local area may also apply.
Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, orders, and residence.

NFA refers to National Firearms Act (of 1934) and regulates the availability of certain firearms which include machine guns (i.e. fully-automatic), short-barreled rifles and shotguns, and suppressors (often referred to as silencers).
We do not deal in NFA items at this time. Given the growing popularity of suppressors, we may add this to our lineup at some point. But as a smaller business, it would be impossible for us to offer competitive pricing for suppressors compared to the large online shops that deal in huge volume purchases from manufacturers. As a result, we have not entered into this market as of yet.
C&R stands for "Curio & Relic." It is a type of federal firearms license that permits the direct sale of certain firearms, typically military surplus models with designs over 50 years old classified by the BATF as “C&R eligible.”
Since we deal primarily in new and recent production firearms, we do not ship to C&R holders as virtually all of our inventory is not eligible. Occasionally, we may have a used firearm that falls within this category but it is too infrequent to offer this option at this time. We apologize to our C&R holders for this inconvenience.
